1ST Step.
Pls check up your FW Ver. It should be "1.10F" otherwise you must upgrade upto 1.10F
first which is located on the below list.
** note : your battery must be fully charged to upgrade this firmware, or power
adaptor should be connected.
A. Unzip the attached file
B. Connect your PMP1000 to your PC by USB cable provided to download upgrade files
C. Drag all unziped files and drop them to the root folder of your PMP1000
D. Disconnect your PMP1000
E. It will automatically update firmware with the progress bar, you can recognise it
(if you can not see anything, please connect USB and disconnect again)
Pls check up your FW Ver. You should have upgraded below 1.26F 1st file. Pls take a
note.
=> Details of Improved features are on "Notice". Pls refer them.
2nd Step.
** note : your battery must be fully charged to upgrade this firmware, or power
adaptor should be connected.
A. Unzip the attached file
B. Connect your PMP1000 to your PC by USB cable provided to download upgrade files
C. Drag [init] & [update] & [reset] and drop them to the root folder of your PMP1000
D. Disconnect your PMP1000
E. It will automatically update firmware with the progress bar, you can recognise it
(if you can not see anything, please connect USB and disconnect again)
F. Connect your PMP1000 again to download the image file
G. Drag [image.tar] and drop it to the root folder of your PMP1000
H. Disconnect your PMP1000
I. You will see the firmware upgrading messages
J. It takes about 20 minutes
K. When it's finished, disconnect the USB cable
Pls check FW version as well as Bios Version.
Go to Accessory -> Help -> Information (They should be as below)
[FW version : 1.26F / Bios Version : 1.13F]
