PMP1000 [FW Ver. 1.23K] => Korean Version (for foreigners live in Korea)
If your player is FW Ver. 1.08 you must upgrade Ver. 1.09 / 1.10 first which are
located on the below list.
** note : your battery must be fully charged to upgrade this firmware, or power
adaptor should be connected.
A. Unzip the 1st linked file
B. Connect your PMP1000 to your PC by USB cable provided to download upgrade files
C. Copy [init] & [update] and paste them to the root folder of your PMP1000
D. Disconnect your PMP1000
E. It will automatically update firmware with the progress bar, you can recognise it
(if you can not see anything, please connect USB and disconnect again)
F. Connect your PMP1000 again to download image file
G. Download [image.tar] which is linked 2ndly and drag & drop it to the root folder
of your PMP1000
H. Disconnect your PMP1000
I. You will see the firmware upgrading messages
J. It takes about 30~40 minutes
K. When it's finished, disconnect the USB cable.
Pls check FW version as well as Bios Version.
Go to Accessory -> Help -> Information (They should be as below)
[FW version : 1.23K / Bios Version : 1.11K]
