Please read the following warranty information before contacting us [cs@digital-cube.co.kr]

1. On-line Store Warranty Policy

¤ý On-line Store Warranty is available for only people who purchased V43 from our online store.
¤ý If you purchased products from overseas store, you have to contact them first.
¤ý After purchasing our products at on-line store, exchange or refund are not supposed to be serviced. However when you have problems with your device, you can have our repair service.
¤ý Customers (Receivers) have responsibility for the additional cost of import tax & customs clearance in their countries when it is caused.

2. Warranty


¤ý Warranty period : 1 year from the date you purchased.
¤ý Digitalcube will pay for the labor charges of the repair service during the warranty period.
¤ý Users need to pay for the repair charges, after the expiration of the warranty period.
¤ý Shipping cost: Users will bear the shipping cost of the product to Digitalcube. Digitalcube will pay for the shipping cost of the product when we send it back to users after completing the repair service.

¤ýNote
In the following case, the cost of repairing will be charged on users even though product is under warranty.
-Serial numbers of any products have been altered, defaced or removed.
-Damages or defects are caused by users'fault.


3. After sales (Repair) service procedure


¤ý Please look into the user manual before contacting the customer support center.
¤ý Do not forget to contact us [cs@digital-cube.co.kr] with following details of your product.


¨ç About your i-Station
- Model name
- Serial number
- Date of purchase
¨è About your PC
- Type of processor (CPU)
- Brand name and model of main-board
- Operating system of your PC
¨é About your trouble
- The nature of symptoms
- The steps of operation just before the trouble happened
- The text of any alerts or error messages
- The list of troubleshooting steps you have tried

After receiving your mail, Digital-cube will let you know whether product needs repair service or not. If your product needs to take our repair service, we will let you know the cost of service and the address the product should be sent to.


¤ýNote
You should know following details before you ship the product to us.
- Use plenty of wrapping bag when you pack the player because HDD should be handled with full of care. If damages or loss are caused during shipment, sender has to bear all responsibilities.
- The Accessories are not subject to the repair service.
- Customers will bear the cost of repairing if damages are caused by customers. In this case we will let customers know the cost and product condition. Then, if we confirm the receipt of the cost of repairing, we will ship repaired product back to customers. If customers do not want to get our repair service, we will ship the product as it is without repairing service.

When you send your product to us for our repair service, please attach following documents.
Invoice Form Download, RMA Form Download
How to fill in the Invoice form
- Please fill in blanks with gray color on the Invoice.
- Invoice number needs to track your product and separate with others.
Format of Invoice number is as follows : YYYY/RMA/MM/DD-Your ID
EX) If your ID is istation@yahoo.co.kr and shipping date is January 15th 2006, your invoice number is 2006/RMA/01/15-istation

¤ý Return only the defective product(s), Digitalcube is not responsible for other products or accessories returned with the defective item.
¤ýBattery and stylus pen also need to be detached from the player you send.
¤ý Digitalcube is not responsible or liable for any data stored on the player because those data would be lost, deleted or HDD would be formatted during repairs. You should make a backup copy of any data stored on the player prior to ship it out to Digitalcube.
